For deliveries to Switzerland we charge a flat rate shipping fee of CHF 4.99; for orders over CHF 100 we deliver free shipping.
Please note that any customs and import duties Fees are included in the shipping costs.
The delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days. Occasionally it may take longer Delivery times with our shipping service provider come up, which we unfortunately have to accept have no influence.
If you like to receive your package at an address different to your home address, no problem.

You can exercise your right of return within 30 days and send your delivery back to us.

Favorite bag asks you to refrain from anything that impairs the value of the goods. The goods must be unworn and in the same condition on your favorite bag be sent back as soon as it has arrived at the recipient. Goods that have been used or damaged by the customer will be taken to the favorite bag not returned as a return.
Please use the if possible the same box in which you received the goods, or at least an equivalent one to return your favorite bag
